I’m going on an adventure! |
I told my mother the other day that something (can’t remember what) was going on my bucket list and she made a face at me.
“You’re too young to have a bucket list. You shouldn’t be planning on kicking the bucket anytime soon.”
I had never really thought of it that way. To me, bucket lists are things that are submitted to Thought Catalog or written down and saved in a private file (depending on the person), but almost everyone I know has one in the back of their mind. Thing is, my bucket list is so long, if I don’t start it now there’s no way I’ll get all of it done before I die. This is pretty specifically a travel bucket list, and while I’ve left off some things like finishing a novel or getting married (I felt like I should stop once the list hit 60), there are so many things to do and so little time and money in which to do them!
